Practice Pi digits using voice (i.e. speech to text)

Based on https://github.com/zolomohan/speech-recognition-in-javascript

As at 2023-03-14 (Pi day ;-), requires using Chrome or Safari.

Still a lot of room from improvement, please feel free to contribute improvements.

Mostly "tested" on macOS and Android so far.
