## Project Overview :page_facing_up:
If this application is in response to an RFP, please indicate this on the first line of this section.
### Overview | ||
Please provide the following:
- We're probably like Uber, just the post office.
- Logistics aggregator with delivery via travelers.
- We want to implement Polcadot to freeze cash in tokens so that collateral is left in person a online.
- Because I've been mulling over this idea since 2017, and market analysis and practice has shown it to be popular.
### Project Details | ||
We expect the teams to already have a solid idea about your project's expected final state. Therefore, we ask the teams to submit (where relevant):
- probox.rpo | ||
- Data models / API specifications of the core functionality
- At the MVP stage we are using Swift UI, but in the future we plan to implement react, java, c#
- [Documentation of core components, protocols, architecture, etc. to be deployed](https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/newboc-ae213.appspot.com/o/BOX.ENG.pdf?alt=media&token=f3b0340d-0cee-4291-bd1e-3ccfff0b9d1e)
- Right now mvp is 40% done, we are trying to get it done by the end of the month, I don't know if it will work or not. Probably not.
- Honestly, I don't know, we're thinking about how to make a project that will do some good.
- This is the first time I've applied for outside funding, quite an interesting experience
Things that shouldn’t be part of the application (see also our [FAQ](../docs/faq.md)):
- We would like to keep the tokens that already exist, rather than developing our own. We would like to keep either USDT payments or DOT payments in general.
- That's about $300-400 a month
- We developed a small business strategy to attract new customers
### Ecosystem Fit | ||
Help us locate your project in the Polkadot/Substrate/Kusama landscape and what problems it tries to solve by answering each of these questions:
- We are trying to make the best service for shipping
- We make a product for offline use, so our target audience is travelers and students.
- We make the delivery as fast as possible and help travelers earn, thus get win win
- Personal experience and communication with people.
- grabr.io but he's not in the Substrate/Polkadot/Kusama system
- This service offers delivery from stores to the buyer, and we offer use as a full-fledged mail (documents, medicines). We evaluated the 3 largest companies in the Russian Federation, the market for small shipments amounted to 7.7 bn
- I've never heard of anything like it, but maybe it's a bad search?

## Development Status :open_book:
If you've already started implementing your project or it is part of a larger repository, please provide a link and a description of the code here. In any case, please provide some documentation on the research and other work you have conducted before applying. This could be:

- Most of the problems described in the articles indicate problems among large shipments, but from the main problems in small shipments we can single out the cost and delivery times

- we plan to take % from each transaction on the platform, as well as possible to place advertising,

- marketing. | ||
## Referral Program (optional) :moneybag:
unfortunately we don't have a referral program
