This PR:

  • Merges waspc/headless-test/examples/todoApp with waspc/examples/todoApp
  • Extracts the Wasp app running logic in wasp-app-runner
  • Runs headless tests in CI on waspc/examples/todoApp
  • Adds initial headless tests for examples/todo-typescript
  • Figure out why cache it not working for Playwright browsers & node_modules
    Closes Run headless tests on waspc/examples/todoApp #2024
