The lib is pretty simple, but getting some testing in place with coverage reporting would be good for if changes are necessary or it grows.

Cleanup build process, removing tests auto deploy

* Adds pypi deploy info, only on tags. Fixes #4
* Relates to #2: To effectively test something like this we need a bit of infrastructure, it seems otherwise silly to test most of these.
