Hi, could you please specify the detailed procedure to reproduce the issue? If you are launching moveit related application, the robot mode may be in mode 1 and the api services will not be responded. Please check the doc for mode change and the robot mode and state can be checked with /xarm/xarm_states topic, refer here.
I tried calling rosservice go home like in wiki it doesn't work
It doesn't seem to plan anything either since I didn't get a fail or success message
