Current plugin codebase is unable to work properly with the recent rundeck server versions (at least with >=3.4.10)
The goal of these changes is to use the newer, supported rundeck Java libraries in the plugin
Also, the required libraries has been bundled into the plugin itself, thus there is no rundeck client library in the repo anymore.
