Library renamend from EByte_LoRa_E70_Series_Library to EByte_RF_E70_Series_Library

Name the issue, and change the name of the repository, library, and description.
The device works as a LoRa device but does not use LoRa modulation and is proprietary to Semtech.

Try to fix resource folder from main library

To release the library on Arduino library manager I try to remove the folder with resources.

First release with examples

This is the first release of EByte LoRa E70 devices; in this release, we are adding the management of all states and configurations.

We have tested the interconnection with Arduino Nano 33 IoT, STM32F4, Raspberry Pi Pico, and ESP32 MCU, but support is granted for the majority of microcontrollers available in commerce.

One of the newest things is the management of continuous transfer used to send files and generic streams.
