1 revision
- AMPO sent out the funding agreements with new/revised invoices yesterday. Everyone aligned with fiscal year (July 1 to June 30) but flexible with length of contract. To best avoid confusion, Joe to send AMPO an edited version with the correct dates and resend to the partners.
- CMAP is going to be a new partner.
- Phase 6 vehicle type code review: Elizabeth and Sijia have reviewed and submitted comments. They are just waiting to hear to hear back from RSG.
- For the vehicle type model moving forward, we may want to monitor this currently ongoing survey effort https://www.bts.gov/vius
- WSP forked ActivitySim for a new MTC model. Question about whether or not the changes they are making would want to be merged into the main ActivitySim code.
- CDAP model changes – adding household level join for utility for the CDAP model component. Existing feature in TM2, also exists in SANDAG model – both models have this difference in CDAP component of the Java model.
- Sijia and Wu San to present to the group on the changes proposed, so we can understand the implications.
- Wu San, Sijia, Joel, etc. to gather separately to discuss when would be a good time to present an inventory of what they’ve changed.
- Model Inventory update
- Some folks have added to the Google Spreadsheet
- Request to differentiate between status update versus what is completed and ready for being a donor model, if someone wanted to use it – new row added
- This list is helpful for Activity release version: https://github.com/ActivitySim/activitysim/releases. New row added to allow updater to include the release utilized.
- Update on 2 vs 3 zone report
- MTC is moving to the 2 zone system for TM2 – they will be sending the report to Joe soon. Dave Ory agreed to make a presentation, date TBD.
- ARC is keeping a 1 zone system for now.
- Wu San/SANDAG is unsure about their future zone system. He’s concerned about run time and memory implications.
- Many folks still need to add to the ActivitySim Model Evaluation doc, which includes things that are or are not working with ActivitySim.
