Summary

Mods "[MoM] Add some more nether attunement consequences"

Purpose of change

Nether Attunement is Fun

Also, a couple backlashes should reroll if you're totally ineligible for them (the ones that require Observed or Nether Conduit if you're not Observed and don't have Nether Conduit). All backlashes now do this

Describe the solution

  • Add a backlash effect that triples the calories you burn (and thus the weariness caused) when you use psionics.
  • Add a backlash effect where you vomit.
  • Add a backlash effect where something in the Nether notices you (you get the Observed effect). You cannot get this if you're using Extended Channeling
  • Add a backlash that inverts your biokinetic efficiency bonuses (it becomes a penalty instead, as does Metabolic Hyperefficiency if you turn it on while you're suffering from it) that only can happen when using a biokinetic power

In addition:

  • Teleport Lock backlash now only happens when using a Teleporter power
  • The wave of force backlash now only happens when using a Telekinetic power

Turn the health-affecting backlash into directly modifying u_healthy(), from an effect that applies a random base_mod.

Add checks for the Observed/Conduit-required effects and reroll your backlash if you're ineligible for those.

Testing

Checked each consequence and made sure they did what they're supposed to.

Additional context

The lightning can happen with any path because it's spoOoky eldritch lightning
