its always been a dep, we also already have it in here. there were no major changes in this pre-release for choreolib so i dont think we need to update |

wait what does this mean then "ChoreoLib is now in the WPILib vendor dependencies panel, which is now the recommended way to install it." what is the wpilib panel |

Currently this repo still uses the 2025beta version. This pr will be merged once all the vendors we use have released their 2025 versions (and after they are added to this branch).
Literally anyone can pick this up if they so desire.
