Scripts

This is a repo with general scripts written over a period of time

The script was first written in June 2018 as part of a project that requires Gold standard data for comparative purposes.

To run the script, you need following programs and dependencies:

1. Python 2.7 or higher
2. Beautifulsoupv4
3. Selenium
4. Chrome (Any)

Set the path in file to the following webpage:

"http://bis.zju.edu.cn/MCA/gallery.html?tissue=Adult-Brain"

One can edit the Tissue type by specifying eg: Adult-Brain, Bone-Marrow, Retina etc
