1. Meeting Details

2.1 Review what has been learned in PS hours and go over the project description.
2.2 Study Use Case Diagram and prepare a draft. Some examples from:
- Group 9(2018)
- Wikipedia
2.3 Study Class Diagram and prepare a draft. Some examples from:
2.4 Go over previous years' sequence diagrams.
2.5 Divide the team into groups and assign them to prepare Use Case and Class Diagrams until the next meeting.

3.1 Analyzed different Use Case Diagrams and tried to figure out how we should progress while preparing a draft.
3.2 Discussed the reason of coloring in the examples and we decided to make use of different colors to specify the distinct user types.
3.3 Listed the proper tools for creating diagrams such as Lucidchart, Argouml.
3.4 Decided to use Lucidchart for design since it gives us the opportunity to share the link with team members. This feature will help us update the diagrams easily.
3.5 Analyzed different Class Diagrams and we tried to adapt our project to these diagrams in order to form an opinion.
3.6 Seperated the team into two groups and gave them the tasks of preparing Use Case and Class Diagrams.
3.7 Decided to create the Sequence Diagrams after the next meeting.
3.8 Project name will be thought by every member of the team and discussed in the following meeting.
3.9 Based on the project name, we can come up with a logo for the trader project.
3.10 Addition of acceptence criteria to the scenarios was proposed but declined later.
