not quite sure why the link is becoming: https://hutchdatascience.org/Ethical_Data_Handling_for_Cancer_Research/no_toc/www.itcrtraining.org thought it might be not having www. That seems to be the case
testing changing workflow trigger from - '**md$' to '**md' just to see if it fixes it for now. not sure how often we have file names with "md" but could be possible... maybe just need some slight changes or idk
