and added tooltips if you hover over the option. added the required VB6 redis to the release for convinience.

auto detect

added scale/noise param autodetect. if you use 0 in one of the field it will be considered as disabled and not part of the resulting batchfile. preventing bug's

this is the first release of the GUI. dont forget it is just the gui you NEED the files from https://github.com/DeadSix27/waifu2x-converter-cpp as this does not contain them.
