In here you'll find brief notes about each of our functions and how they relate to each other, to go with a flow diagram of common workflows in the Edison Lab.
The purpose of this site is to capture and clearly communicate institutional knowledge about relationships between our functions as they are combined into common workflows. We will also compile known issues and document changes to functions/common workflows in these pages.
Please note that this site is under construction, but we make it available in the meantime in case it's helpful to any toolbox users. We (the code_review group in the Edison lab) will do our best to keep the information up-to-date and correct, and we appreciate your patience.
