Ordering PCBs

The gerbers for ordering PCBs can be found in the Manufacturers folder within Kicad_Outputs_vx.x.zip in the lastest release

Layer Sequence

• L1(Top layer): F_Cu.gbr
• L2(Inner layer1): GND_Cu.gbr
• L3(Inner layer2): VCC_Cu.gbr
• L4(Bottom layer): B_Cu.gbr

JLC PCB

1. Upload the gerber file labeled ReSDMAC-_PCBWay_compress.zip, this contains the gerbers specific to JLCPCB
2. Select Material Type = FR-4 TG155, this is recommended for 4 layer PCBs like this
3. Set Mark on PCB to Order Number (Specify Posistion). "JLCJLCJLCJLC" will be replaced with the order number on the silkscreen.

PCB Assembly

1. Set PCBA Type = Standard
2. Set Assembly Side = Both Sides
3. Set PCBA Qty to match the previous step.
4. click next
5. Upload the BOM file
6. Upload the posistions cpl file
