On self-hosted runners (or at least on ARC runners) Docker-in-Docker commads used by actions can't actually share any volume outside of /home/runner/_work it seems, the mounts always end up as empty directories.
This breaks using custom SSH keys for this action. I worked around that by moving the temporary SSH folder and gitconfig into a subdirectory of the action path.
