Main output files

The main output file of the distribution-based clustering algorithm is the following:

-unique.dbOTU.log- An output of all of the information and changes that occurred with distribution-based clustering

-unique.dbOTU.list- A list file where each line represents an OTU and the first column is the OTU representative (by most abundant). Other columns may be populated with sequences that are found in the OTU

-unique.dbOTU.fasta- A fasta file of OTU representatives

-unique.dbOTU.mat- A OTU by library matrix which is a summary of all of the sequences within the OTU
