ExternalGroupManagement

Turns on and off external group management. When turned on, Melody will rely on group information and group membership data to be provided by an external source, such as an LDAP directory. When turned on, Melody will not allow groups to be created or deleted within Melody.

Allowable values are 0 and 1 (default).
